Bio
I am bilingual (English & Spanish), PCC certified as an executive coach, a trainer and facilitator.
I bring over 16 years of professional experience having worked extensively as a leader in the not-for-profit sector as a CEO, COO, Major Gifts Officer and Board Chair. I coach leaders, at all levels, to find a more gentle and sustainable approach in building a more just and equitable world. I see vulnerability not as weakness, but as your super power. I coach for excellence, results, self-acceptance and noble purpose. In terms of training and facilitation, I have created, co-created and led trainings and efforts on topics that range from fundraising to diversity, equity and inclusion. I bring real world experiences and lessons into my approach to emphasize relevance to ease the transfer of knowledge.
In addition to my experience as a leader, coach, trainer and facilitator, I am a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and worked for 5 years as a professional actor. I tap into my past creative experiences to bring an uncommon sensitivity, discipline and emotional range to my work with all my clients in order to help them tap into their instincts, voice, gesture, and body as tools for their self-realization.
I trained at the Teleos Leadership Institute, hold a Certificate in Public Municipal Management from George Washington University, an MFA from New York University and BFA from Southern Methodist University.
